The Hostetler/Wrigley Foundation provides quick funding to forward-thinking leaders and organizations who have fresh ideas for addressing age-old inequities while elevating underrepresented or overlooked groups. We focus specifically on the United States.

Potential grant recipients should demonstrate vision, leadership, and responsibility, as well as a track record of success. They should solve problems with creative and innovative thinking, adjusting course as needed, and should be robust enough to affect real change.

Fundees must show a willingness to be accountable, to examine success and failures, and to continually refine their approach to maximize the positive change they make in the lives of their constituents and the communities they serve.

Co-founders Sue Hostetler Wrigley and William “Beau” Wrigley Jr. maintain a deeply personal connection to the foundation and its grantees, and make all decisions throughout the funding process.
